I am currently going to the gym and eating right, so I can lose a 100+lbs. I am wondering what the best weight loss supplement would be for me. I am working out every day. I weigh 309lbs and badly need to drop it. And feel that 1 lb a week is going to take forever. Thank you for you help.

I’m looking for a good workout supplement for muscle-building. Right now I’m just taking creatine from MRI and some protein powder. Anyone know of anything else that might be better with a minimal budget?

I already know that milk and eggs and blah blah blah natural stuff. But i want to know the best supplement for muscle building at gnc disregardless of the price. I already have muscle but i want to keep on adding more. i used muscletech intravol and it really worked but i want to try something better.
